We take a developmental approach to the career-planning process, where we assist students in becoming more self-aware, we educate students about the job-search process, and we empower students to help themselves both now and in the future. Our Center for Career Development assists students with finding internships and offers numerous workshops throughout the year on topics such as résumé writing, interview skills and how to use social media to find a job. By senior year, students are truly prepared for the world of work — they who have a good idea of what they like to do, as well as what they do not want to pursue.
Manhattan College has consistently exceeded the national averages in the number of students obtaining professional positions, and in the number of recruiters coming to campus to interview students.
