(and beyond – we’ve got peace and justice events all month!)

Make a Paper Crane, symbol of peace! In Thomas Hall lobby, Mon. 4/2, Tues. 4/ 3, Thurs.4/5, at lunch time. Students from the Jonas Bronck Academy (you know, the kids in Hayden) teach us how to make paper cranes. 

 

Dedication of the Peace Tree -- Tuesday, April 3, 1:15 p.m. on the Quad 

A new Peace Tree is being planted on the Quad, to replace the one that stood for 17 years in front of Thomas Hall. 


 

“Understanding the Crisis in Kosovo” -- Tuesday April 3, 2:30 p.m.Rodriguez Room (Miguel 311, new location. 

Dr. Claire Nolte, Pranvera Matoshi and Philipe von Burg will discuss the origins and results of the crisis in Kosovo.
