School of ArtsPsychologyDescription of Undergraduate Program:The faculty in the psychology program at Manhattan College includes specialists in all of the major areas of psychology.Psychology is one of the most frequently chosen programs in the college. Many students who are undecided when they enter select psychology as a major after taking an introductory core course in psychology during freshman or sophomore years. Classes are small, ranging in size from 10 to 30 students, and student learning is a faculty priority. Evaluations from psychology graduates consistently mention the assistance and availability of departmental faculty as an important and appreciated part of their college education.
