Description of Undergraduate Program:

The Sociology Department prepares students for careers in criminal justice, social work, law, urban planning, public relations, administration in government or business, public service, social research and data analysis, anthropology, and other related fields. Internships are available for students to explore career interests and apply knowledge in field experiences.

In addition to the major and the minor in general sociology, the Department offers students the opportunity to focus on criminal justice, social services, and anthropology.
