Welcome! to the Dean's Page here at the Manhattan College, School of Engineering web site. You are reading about one of the best small college engineering schools in the country. I share with you that the Mission of the School of Engineering at Manhattan is to prepare you (and each of our students) for a productive and rewarding career in engineering or related profession. Our challenging and rewarding curriculum instills the techniques and skills of engineering design through the study of basic and advanced engineering science. This foundation is carefully integrated with practice-oriented engineering design experience which addresses both technical and non-technical aspects of engineering practice. When our students earn a Manhattan College engineering degree, they are prepared to enter the world of professional practice and to continue their studies through the pursuit of post-baccalaureate education.
