Manhattan College Sponsored Study Abroad ProgramsSemester Programs :Manhattan College at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Fall or Spring Semester) The primary goal of the Manhattan College Madrid Program Madrid Program is to give students the opportunity to experience Spanish culture first hand and to study Spanish by immersing themselves in the Spanish way of life. The program runs under the direction of a Manhattan College Director. Students earn 15 credits. 9 credits in Spanish taken at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, 3 credits in Religious Studies and 3 credits in Art. The religion and art class are taught in English by Manhattan College faculty members. Manhattan College in Paris Exchange Program (Fall or Spring Semester) For students in any major with a good knowledge of French (students must have completed at least an intermediate college level course in French or an equivalent). Manhattan College, in cooperation with MICEFA, places students in most of the 16 Universities of Paris and its region. Students can take courses in different fields: humanities, social sciences, business administration, sciences, and engineering. Manhattan College at the Universidad La Salle University ( Fall or Spring Semester) For students in any major with an interest in Spanish (students must have completed at least an intermediate college level course in Spanish or an equivalent). Since these are Manhattan College programs, students will be able to transfer their Manhattan College scholarships and financial package to the programs.
