Manhattan College plans the
completion of a new residence hall - East Hill Tower II
Higher education in the United States
has become a resident experience. All colleges in the country are
experiencing an increased need for housing. In the highly
competitive environment of higher education, Manhattan must respond
to the positive momentum of the market.
Presently, the Manhattan residence halls
are functioning at capacity. More than 8O percent of the entering
freshmen of the class of 2009 will reside on campus. a new residence
hall is the next step and we ask your help in making it a reality.
The design and planning stages of a twin
building to Horan Hall have been completed. Estimated cost is
$30 million.
East Hill Tower II will be a
state-of-the-art facility providing beautiful and safe
accommodations for 570 students. The new residence hall will
allow the majority of the undergraduate student body to live
together in a modern and comfortable environment.
