Charitable Lead Trusts:

A donor can make a gift to the Campaign by placing assets in a trust, which designates that an amount of trust income be paid to Manhattan for a term of years. Once the trust terminates , the principle can revert to the donor or to the named beneficiaries, typically children or grandchildren. The charitable lead trust offers gift and estate tax savings.
