JasperNet Account RequestThe JasperNet Account Request form is required for all new employees without a JasperNet account. Please complete this form and submit via fax or campus mail to Computer Services.
Computer Lab Software RequestAny software upgrades or additions should be requested via this form. Please complete this form and submit to the designated parties for approval. Please note that a completed software request form should be submitted to Computer Services with the requested software media and licenses by the end of the previous semester for which the software is requested. For example, software required for the spring semester should be requested and procured by the end of the previous fall semester. |
