LIFE INSURANCE

Life insurance is a non-contributory benefit paid in full by Manhattan College effective the beginning of the month following three (3) months of employment.

Staff $50,000.00
Faculty $50,000.00
Senior Administrators $50,000.00
Administrative Personnel $50,000.00

LIFE INSURANCE UPON RETIREMENT

For Faculty, Senior Administrators, Administrative Personnel and Staff

At the time of retirement (at least sixty-two (62) years of age) and twenty years of service, a member's life insurance policy continues at College expense.
 

DEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE

(Contributory)

A member may also insure his/her spouse and all dependent unmarried children under age 19, extended to age 23 for dependents who are full-time students. This Dependent Life Insurance Plan is optional and the group rate premium cost is borne by the member and paid for through a regular payroll deduction.

SUPPLEMENT LIFE INSURANCE

Additional life insurance is available for you. Open enrollment is once a year.
