Manhattan College is seeking a Ph.D. chemist or biochemist with specialization in environmental science for a tenure track position at the assistant or associate professor level beginning in Fall 2013. Prior experience in developing or supervising an environmental science program is desirable. The individual will be expected to direct the development of a new interdisciplinary major (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology and Physics) in environmental science for undergraduate students in the school of science, and the development of a Master’s program in environmental science. Developing a research program in environmental science for bachelors and masters level students is also expected.
