The College was founded by the Brothers in 1853 and owes its unique Lasallian heritage to the first founding Brothers and the many who have served the College after them. In order to fully understand the Lasallian Catholic nature of the College, it is necessary to be knowledgeable about the De La Salle Christian Brothers.
