The Lasallian Scholars have the important responsibility of sharing with their peers their knowledge of the Lasallian tradition and their experience of being educated in the Lasallian tradition during high school. These scholarship recipients meet monthly to plan projects that raise awareness about the College’s Lasallian heritage. In order to be better equipped to educate their peers about the unique heritage of the College, the Scholars invite guest speakers to present on Lasallian topics at several of their meetings during the year.

The Scholars are continuously developing creative ways to strengthen the Lasallian spirit on campus. Currently, they speak about the Lasallian heritage of the College to incoming students at freshman orientation and conduct a spiritual project in the residence halls during the school year. They also play a part in De La Salle Week and are involved in a Day of Reflection. In addition, each Lasallian scholar is involved in a service project through Campus Ministry and Social Action, Habitat for Humanity, the Methodist Home or Visitation Parish School.
