Alumni Library Card

An alumnus/a is eligible for a Library Card that allows borrowing privileges and on-site use of the library.

Fill out and submit the form below. Record verification may take 2-3 business days. You will be notified via email when your card is ready.

Since we need to verify your ID, you need to pick up the card in person at the front desk of the O'Malley Library. Your photo ID will be copied for our records.
