Manhattan Student Accepted into Teach for America

Manhattan College student, Mike Bienkowski, class of 2010, has been accepted into Teach for America, a highly competitive program whose mission is to build the movement to eliminate educational inequity by enlisting our nation's most promising future leaders in the effort.

Manhattan College student, Mike Bienkowski, class of 2010, has been accepted into Teach for America, a highly competitive program whose mission is “to build the movement to eliminate educational inequity by enlisting our nation's most promising future leaders in the effort.”

 
Teach for America currently has 7,300 corps members serving in 35 urban and rural regions. Since 1990 nearly 17,000 alumni have worked with approximately 3 million students.
