Manhattan College To Host Talk By Itamar Marcus, Director, Palestinian Media Watch

Marcus to present evidence of indoctrination of children to jihad martyrdom

RIVERDALE, N.Y. – Manhattan College will host a talk by Itamar Marcus, director of the Palestinian Media Watch, on Thursday, Nov. 16 at 7:00 p.m. in Room 215 of the Leo Engineering building. The event is free and open to the public.

The Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) is a world-renowned organization that monitors Palestinian media and schoolbooks. Marcus, who has testified before the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee, will present evidence of indoctrination of children to the jihad martyrdom of hatred and suicide bombing.

Founded in 1996, the PMW documents and compares what the Palestinian Authority (PA) leadership conveys to the Western world with the actual translation of the messages in Arabic. The audience will watch real footage of PA news programs, and Marcus will demonstrate how Palestinian media falsifies news clips including the bombing at Gaza Beach.
