College Honors Alumna at Fall Honors Convocation
Dr. Marybeth McCall ’74, vice president and chief medical officer for Excellus BlueCross BlueShield’s Central New York and Southern Tier regions, will receive an honorary Doctor of Science at Manhattan College’s Fall Honors Convocation on Sunday, Oct. 17 at 3:00 p.m. During the ceremony, more than 160 seniors will be recognized for their academic excellence and inducted into Epsilon Sigma Pi, the oldest college-wide honor society.
Induction into Epsilon Sigma Pi is considered the highest scholastic honor that can be earned by a Manhattan College student.
McCall earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Manhattan, and completed medical school at Georgetown University and her residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh.
