UNDERGRADUATE REGISTRATION

WEB REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR FALL 2008
  APRIL 1,  2008 - AUGUST  29, 2008


1)    Review the course offerings and fill out the registration form including the
       CRN number which is required for web registration.

2)    Take the form to your Advisor(s) for approval.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER DURING YOUR ASSIGNED TIME IF YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR REGISTRATION FORM TO YOUR DEAN'S OFFICE AT LEAST TWO WORKING DAYS PRIOR YOUR REGISTRATION TIME, OR IF YOU HAVE ANY HOLDS ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

3)    Register online at http://selfservice.manhattan.edu by using the following           steps:
        a)    Click on Enter Secure Area
        b)    Input your Campus ID# and Pin#
        c)    Click on Student & Financial Aid, then click Registration
        d)    Click on Add/Drop Classes
        e)    Select Term (Fall  2008)
This semester priority registration dates will be determined by the number of credits you have COMPLETED to date not including enrolled credits.

See registration priority schedule below.

The system will prevent you from registering on-line prior to your assigned start time.  The system is down between the hours of 12:00am and 5:59am. 
On-line registration will end on
Friday, August 29, 2008.  After this date, you must take your registration form to your Dean's Office or the Registrar's Office for processing.

4)    To check for Holds, click on Student Records then click on Holds. If there is a hold on your account contact the appropriate office   (Bursar, Health Services, Library, etc.) to resolve the issue.  You will not be able to register until the hold is lifted.

5)    Only the Department Chairs can sign you into closed courses.  Any courses that require special permission have to be entered  by your Dean's Office or the Registrar's Office.


 
 
 

GRADUATE DIVISION REGISTRATION 

WEB REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR FALL  2008
  APRIL  1, 2008 – AUGUST 29, 2008




1)    Review the course offerings and fill out the registration form including the call number (found in the  Fall 2008 Course Offerings book issued from  the Registrar's Office).

2)    Take the form to your Chair/Director for approval.

3)    You can begin to register on-line starting at 6:00am Tuesday, April 1st. The system is not available to you between the hours of 12:00am and 5:59am.            On-line registration will end on  Friday, August 29, 2008.  After this date,you must take your registration form to the Registrar's Office for processing.

4) Register online at  http://selfservice.manhattan.edu by using the following steps:

  a)    Click on Enter Secure Area
