How to Order Transcripts

Official transcripts are issued upon request of the student and carry the College Seal.  They are usually sent directly to another educational institution or a potential employer.  Unofficial transcripts do not carry the College Seal and will be marked as "student copy".

Requesting Transcripts:

  1. Specify "Official" or "Student Copy" on the request
  2. In person - at the Office of the Registrar, Memorial Hall, Room 101,  Manhattan College
  3. By mail- Manhattan College, 4513 Manhattan College Parkway, Riverdale, NY 10471, Attention:  Registrar
  4. By FAX - 718-862-7457 - Must include credit card information and signature. No third party credit cards accepted.

Transcripts cannot be produced for anyone who has a hold on their account (financial, library, athletic, etc.).  For more information, please call 718-862-7913.

Please include in your request for a transcript :

  • Full name ( as it appears on our records)
  • Current address
  • Social Security Number
  • Dates of attendance
  • Address of person, school or company where the transcript is to be sent
  • A daytime telephone number where you can be reached
  • Your signature

There is a five dollar processing fee for this service.

Acceptable forms of payment:

  1. Cash
  2. Check or money order (payable to Manhattan College)
  3. Credit Card (Discover, Master Card, Visa, American Express)
  4. (Name and number to appear exactly as it appears on Credit Card, and expiration date)
