Catering Manager
Manhattan College and Sodexho Food Services would like to welcome the new catering manager, Kristina Hoffman.  Hailing from Los Angeles, California, Ms. Hoffman began her career working as a server and assistant manager for several high profile scenes as a cook.  After several years behind the line, she moved out East to attend The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. 

A 2004 graduate with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, Kristina decided she missed the constant challenges and excitement of catered events and pursued to further her career in catering management.  She strives to view food and table décor as an art form and looks forward to helping the entire Manhattan College family with all of their events, both big and small.
