SENIOR RECRUITING PROGRAM

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

The job search process is a very taxing and time-consuming one. It can, however, be very exciting and rewarding as well. We encourage you to take full advantage of the resources and services we have to offer.

RECRUITING PROGRAM

Through participating in Manhattan College's Recruitment Program, graduating seniors (undergraduates and graduates) will have the opportunity to interview with participating employers on campus for entry level full-time positions that begin after graduation. This is only the first step in the job hunting process. All majors are encouraged to participate in the Recruiting Program during the Fall and Spring semesters of their final year. Through involvement in recruiting, seniors engage in a full range of job search activities that prepare them for their initial entry into the career world.

ManhattanCSMLink, powered by NACElink/simplicity is the official job listing and resume database for Manhattan College students and alumni. This state of the art web-based system used by many colleges and universities across the country allows students 24 hour-a-day online access to information on all on-campus employer events, job postings and interview opportunities.
