Representatives from various school districts (including the Archdiocese of NY) are invited to talk about their respective districts. They discuss what qualifications they seek in teacher applicants and talk about interviewing (what questions will be asked, etc.). Representatives also answer questions, including those relating to the different areas of NYC (if they are from NYC), misconceptions students may have regarding various regions or state, and expectations in general. For the remainder of the event, the representatives are at separate tables, enabling them to meet individual students, answer questions, and collect resumes.
