The dining options include an all-you-can-eat dining program in Locke’s Loft, grab-n-go items in Dante's Den and cafe-style choices in Cafe 1853. GDS also provides catering services for student clubs and departments across campus for events ranging from student barbeques to executive dinners.
GDS places a strong emphasis on local and sustainable food, through the use of local products from regional farmers and suppliers, and with the new addition of the Manhattan College Gourmet campus garden.
