That’s just one of the incredible meals created by Gourmet Dining Services (GDS), your on-campus dining organization. The dining options include an all-you-can-eat dining program in Locke’s Loft, grab-n-go items in Dante's Den and cafe-style choices in Cafe 1853. GDS also provides catering services for student clubs and departments across campus for events ranging from student barbeques to executive dinners.

GDS places a strong emphasis on local and sustainable food, through the use of local products from regional farmers and suppliers, and with the new addition of the Manhattan College Gourmet campus garden. Their essentials program incorporates their drive toward sustainability, nutrition and wellness, all in sync with our initiative to provide you with high quality food and service!
