Manhattan College Players

Theater and Improvisation

The Manhattan College Players is a student led ensemble. Productions are directed by a professional with students working on all tasks involved in putting on the productions. Auditions are held at the beginning of each semester.

There is also an Improv troupe that performs here as well. They work with professionals in Manhattan to hone their comedic skills.

Membership: open at the beginning of each semester to any student, faculty or staff member, alumnus or alumna.
Rehearsals: Variable; Thomas Hall
Requirements: a love of acting and the theatrical arts
Performances: play in the Fall; musical in the Spring; cabaret acts during the semester

Improv troupe performs about once a month during the semester.
Other: auditions are held at the beginning of each semester for each production. Behind-the-scenes opportunities are also available.
