Do you sing, dance, act or just love the arts? Then get involved in one of our many fantastic ensembles! All groups hold open auditions and practices at the start of the school year.
The Manhattan College Singers welcome all singers who are interested in choral music with solo and small ensemble opportunities.
The Manhattan College Singers is a part of a long tradition on college campuses. This ensemble of choristers was founded when Manhattan College was an all-male school as the Manhattan College Glee Club. When the college became a coeducational institution the name was changed to The Manhattan College Singers. The Singers have performed at many campus events including masses to celebrate both the beginning and ending of the school year, as well as academic convocations. The Singers have toured on a number of occasions to Europe, singing in Paris, London and Rome. Membership is open at the beginning of each semester to any student, faculty or staff member, alumnus or alumna.

The Manhattan College Players is a student-led ensemble of performers. Productions are directed by a professional with students working on all tasks involved in putting on the productions. Auditions are held at the beginning of each semester.

The Manhattan College Jazz Band is a lively ensemble of musicians who love the art of jazz. They’ve been a part of campus life for many years and have openings for anyone who would like to play.

The Manhattan College Pipes and Drums was formed in 1981 under the guidance of Brother Kenneth Fitzgerald, FSC, and the musical training of Captain Robert Hogan ’82, of the Pipes and Drums of the NYPD Emerald Society.

The Manhattan College Orchestra offers the chance for Manhattan College students to play a diverse and exciting symphonic repertoire.

The Music Ministry ensemble welcomes all students, regardless of faith, to lead the music in the Chapel of De La Salle on Sunday evenings. The ensemble welcomes piano players, organists, singers, trained cantors, guitar players, woodwinds and percussion. Join us to bring the music alive at every mass.
