Saturdays in the City

New York City is your backyard! To help you take a bite out of the Big Apple, the Student Activities office and the social life commission both organize regular excursions into the city. A guided trip to major attractions and landmarks in the world’s most famous city departs every Saturday at noon from Thomas Hall. No sign up is required ahead of time, just show up and plan on having fun!

Past trips have included:

• Times Square
• The Metropolitan Museum of Art
• Guggenheim Museum
• South Street Seaport
• Statue of Liberty
• Kayaking on the Hudson
• Viewing the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center, and more!

In addition to the specific Saturdays in the City program, the Student Activities office organizes a number of other trips into New York City to see sporting events, Broadway shows and other special events.
