Two Graduate Students Papers Accepted for Presentation by APA

The American Psychological Association (APA) recently accepted graduate students Delgermaa Ganbaatar's and Darren Meyers' research papers for poster presentation at the August meeting. Ming-Hui Daniel Hsu, Ph.D., advisor for the mental health-counseling program, assisted Ganbaatar and Meyers in preparation for submitting their papers by monitoring their methods, data collection and analysis, and report writing. Ganbaatar will present his paper “Ethnic Identity and Social/Cultural Adaptation of Mexican, Mongolian and Russian Immigrant Students in an Urban High School Setting,” and Meyers’ is titled “Effect of School Climate on Self-Objectification, Social Physique Anxiety and the Modesty Level of Adolescent Girls’ Dress for School.”
