Major Authors Reading Series Hosts Novelist on March 8

The Major Authors Reading Series (M.A.R.S.), sponsored by the English department and the school of arts, commences again today, March 8 with award-winning novelist and memoirist Rick Moody, at 4:30 p.m. in the O’Malley Library Alumni Room followed by a discussion. Once called “the gutsiest writer of his generation” by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Moody is the author of The Ice Storm, Garden State, The Four Fingers of Death, The Diviners and The Black Veil: A Memoir with Digressions.
