With classes beginning on Feb. 23, now is the time for working adults who have long contemplated returning to school to complete an undergraduate degree to take the first step toward this goal.

Through the Adult Degree Completion Program, working adults can earn a B.S. with a concentration in organizational management by attending classes only one evening a week for two years.

For the past 12 years, from the inception of the program, its most successful and sole marketing strategy has been word-of-mouth recruitment.  Alumni, parents, current students and college employees have helped family members, colleagues and friends return to school to complete lifelong goals. At this time of economic uncertainty when people are seriously evaluating their professional credentials and careers, enrollment in the Adult Degree Completion Program may be the most prudent step to take in preparation for the future.

The Adult Degree Completion Program helps you fit the demands of undergraduate study into your busy life with a once-a-week class schedule, a dedicated faculty of industry professionals and access to our excellent libraries, state-of-the-art computer facilities, and drop-in counseling services. Most courses are held at our conveniently accessible campus or at a corporate client site in  metropolitan New York City.

Manhattan College is a first-tier college yet it is one of the most affordable private colleges in New York City. The College recognizes its commitment to adult learning and has generously discounted the program to make it affordable to working adults.

The curriculum focuses on courses in management, business, communication, behavioral psychology and the ethics of business. It concludes with a capstone project in organizational management that includes a research thesis.

Our students realize that we understand the pressures faced by w0orking adults and how the content and structure of the program makes their educational experience as stimulating and relevant as possible.

To begin, make an appointment to meet with a program administrator. We will ask you about your academic history and evaluate your eligibility in the program. Because space is limited in our cohorts, be sure you act quickly by submitting required documentation and an application to our office. Call us at any time with questions.

Earning a Manhattan College undergraduate degree can change your life or the life of a family member, colleague or friend. It is a valuable credential that will open many new career doors for you – now and in the future.

We look forward to seeing you soon and helping you begin the next exciting chapter in your life.
